Yum! Hot Artichoke Dip from May Meeting

Hot Artichoke Dip

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
2 cups mayonnaise
1 3/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese

  • Beat cream cheese at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth.
  • Mash artichoke hearts
  • Add mashed artichoke hearts, mayonnaise & Parmesan cheese to cream cheese mixture and continue to mix with electric mixer until smooth.
  • Spoon into a greased 11 * 7 inch baking dish.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  • Serve with assorted crackers.
  • Yield: 6 cups

Ladies... everyone LOVES this dip! It's super easy and is the perfect amount to fit inside of the Tuscan Everyday Baker!

I usually end up baking it for closer to 30 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned.

And it tastes great with tortilla chips too!
